THE LORD OUR HEALER
Ex. 15:26 and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”
Recently, we have seen an outbreak of healing miracles in our church. We have seen a tumor disappear, a wheelchair and a walking cane discarded, as well as multiple deliverances from various demonic bondages. Healing has always been closely associated with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Everywhere Jesus ministered, He ministered healing to the sick and deliverance to those bound by the enemy. The apostles followed in His steps after the Lord’s death, signs and wonders were a major part of that first Pentecostal outpouring. In the early twentieth century there was a powerful pentecostal outpouring often characterized by the healing power found in the name of Jesus. One of the leaders in that revival was George Jeffreys who had numerous healing miracles in his crusades. Here is something Jeffreys said abut the healing power of The Lord.
“He touches the lifeless limb and the crutch is cast to one side. The bath-chair becomes empty. The spinal carriage is discarded. Healing, ye who are blind. Jesus is passing this way. Healing, ye whose ears are stopped. He is here today to open them. Wipe away your tears, ye sorrowing ones. Rejoice, ye who are sad. He comes, the Prince of Life, the Great Physician. The Bread of Healing. Make your need known unto Him. He is interested in your case, He understands it. Bless Him, He can go to the seat of the trouble and can remove it. He is still touched with the feeling of our infirmities. He is the same yesterday, and today, and forever – the unchanging One, the Great I Am. He is the centre of blessing, the source from which the healing stream flows to suffering humanity. Be not beset by fears that Christ is changed, or that the days of miracles are past and gone forever. As soon as the need of healing arose He met the need.”
Jesus is still touched with the feeling of our infirmities. He is moved by what moves you. Are you hurting today? Are you suffering from some sickness or injury? Jesus is still the same today, His power hasn’t diminished, His will hasn’t changed, His compassions and mercies are still new every morning. As soon as the need of healing arises, Jesus is there to meet the need. How can you receive your healing? It is very simple, come to Him as a child. Look to Him, ask Him to touch you. Seek Him in His word, press into Him in prayer, get in a church where the power of God is welcome and moving; before you know it, you will be experiencing the healing power of The Lord.

I am one of your church members delivered from demonic oppression. I am a living testament of God’s healing power. He has turned my mess into a message, and a victim into a victory. I am joyful and at peace and it is all thanks to our mighty God and King of heaven. I am so grateful today and everyday that God chose me and loves me. There is nothing to fear!!!! He has my life in His hands and I will be safe from here on out. PRAISE JESUS!!!!!!!!
