Lk.21:20-24 – But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation has come near. Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, and let those who are inside the city depart, and let not those who are out in the country enter it, for these are days of vengeance, to fulfill all that is written. Alas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing infants in those days! For there will be great distress upon the earth and wrath against this people. They will fall by the edge of the sword and be led captive among all nations, and Jerusalem will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
Jesus ends this important prophetic word with a very important key to understanding the times that we live in and the end of the age. The phrase ‘age of the Gentiles’ refers to the time from the destruction of Jerusalem by the Romans until the beginning of of the Great Tribulation. We could also call this the church age, the season in which the Lord is raising up His church among every tribe and tongue in the whole world. This season is rapidly coming to an end. Understanding this gives you a real important spiritual understanding of world events, especially those unfolding in the Middle East right under our noses. The harvest of Gentiles is about complete, the time of Jacob’s trouble is about to begin. Here is a comment from the Spirit Filled Life Bible about the end of the age of the Gentiles.
“The times of the Gentiles refers to the interval between the destruction of Jerusalem in A.D. 70 and the Second Coming of Christ, during which the gospel is proclaimed to the whole world. Inasmuch as Jerusalem often symbolizes the Jewish people as a whole, Jesus here is also prophesying the disbelief of the majority of Jews during the church age. “Until” seems to allude to a repentant Israel’s welcoming His return.”
As the Lord turns His attention to the land of Israel the end of the age will be imminent. At that time we will see an unprecedented supernatural shift, multitudes of Jews will suddenly come to Christ. Rather than seeing the world as in some sort of chaos under the direction of evil human beings, we can see the sovereign plan of God unfolding using wicked men to orchestrate all things for God’s ultimate glory. The harvest will be complete, Gentiles and Jews by the multitudes coming to Christ, then Christ will return to rein here on the earth.

Come Lord Jesus, Come! From Genesis to Revelations we see the Lord Our God fulfilling everything He spoke to His Prophets. We also see specfic patterns.
Sh’mot (Exo) 19:10-11 CJB
[10] so Adonai said to Moshe, “Go to the people; today and tomorrow separate them for me by having them wash their clothing; [11] and prepare for the third day. For on the third day, Adonai will come down on Mount Sinai before the eyes of all the people.
As we approach the end of the second millennium since Christ’s resurrection and ascension, the third day will be dawning soon. It will also mark the end of the 6th millennium since the fall of man. To God Our Father, a day is a thousand years, and a thousand years as a day. 2030 will mark the end of the Gentiles. Because Joy comes in the morning, the morning of the third day shall bring joy unspeakable.
[16] On the morning of the third day, there was thunder, lightning and a thick cloud on the mountain. Then a shofar blast sounded so loudly that all the people in the camp trembled.
